I have worked in education since the age of twenty-one. I have had the privilege to work at The Academy at Shotton Hall for almost twenty years. During this time, I have held many posts which have offered many roles and responsibilities within a secondary school setting. Currently, I am a senior leader at Shotton Hall.
Throughout my career, I have developed many skills, such as communication, collaboration, critical thinking, teamwork, problem solving and organisational skills that I will use to support the school.
